Now I’d like to shift your focus to the western outskirts of Nanning, to Nanning’s New & High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

After more than a decade of development, Nanning’s High-tech Zone has boosted the development of high technology and a new economy. Included in its industrial advantages, are highly concentrated innovation resources, vast spaces for start-up enterprises, a convenient transportation network, and a highly efficient service department.

In 2003 the administrators of Nanning’s High-tech Zone started a new undertaking. They set off determined to choose an innovation-dominant development route to build China-ASEAN Enterprise Headquarters Base (CAEHB). The key strategy for the new undertaking includes forming a platform for; regional headquarters, and developing headquarters, based businesses.

CAEHB is located at the juncture point of Express Ring Rd and Binhe Rd., adjacent to the “Torch Building,” the administration center of Nanning High-tech Zone. From within CAEHB, the nearby park views can be taken in with just a glance.

CAEHB’s main purpose is to attract enterprise headquarters, regional branches, research institutions, and technology companies from China, ASEAN, and other countries from around the world, forming a ‘center-periphery effect’ radiating both China and ASEAN.

CAEHB was officially launched in October of 2005. During the past year, the practice and implementation of the headquarters based economy theory has brought us irreversibly into the new reality of the future.

CAEHB covers an area of 24 hectares with a total construction space of 280000m2.

The projects steps of introducing advanced professional planning methods along with advanced international concepts, has created a new technology enterprise headquarters base with all the associated facilities and functions including office, research, mid-test, and industrialization.



In this location there are many facilities including, workshops, bond warehouses, incubating areas, logistic centers, and facilities for daily life. This is a low-density ecotype, intelligent building complex with garden landscaping.
